  • start with mat & reformer

  • then add cadillac & barrels

  • finish with wunda chair

Each phase has its own stage of exams to receive each certificate. In the end you will have the 500hr Pilates comprehensive certificate which is the industry standard. Learn at your own pace and receive a supportive mentorship with both Jessica (Evolve online and via Zoom) and Amy (in person).

This entire course prepares you for the National Pilates Certification exam.
